About 25 years or so ago I was fortunate enough to have dined at Hole In The Wall Restaurant. I hadn’t experienced anything like it before nor after.

This little gem is tucked away in a tiny lot thats in the middle of a cow pasture ( seriously) a barn turned into a Spanish villa features some of the most incredible food in the country - regularly featured on almost every credible Canadian restaurant critics top ten list, this is the pinnacle of south American cuisine in Canada!!Its just located in the strangest setting you could ever imagine. Be prepared to sit for 3-4 hours because everything is prepared fresh when you order it. There are few places where you can tell that its a labor of love - this is one of them. There are no ratings for this magnificent restaurant. Absolutely worth the scenic drive to get there, and as soon as you see this place you will chuckle to yourself, but believe me when I say your in for the meal of a lifetime.....no exaggeration.
