We went for the first time on Wed Feb 11, with a couple friends who said they go here all the time. I can now say i understand why they eat here, because the food and service were excellent. This little treasure in Streetsville offers excellent Italian food at very reasonable prices. We have been there many times, and the food is consistently delicious.The service at times can be a bit slow, however the meals well worth the wait. We have also called in orders for pick up, and the food is yummy whether you eat in or take out. I delivered menu's to neighbours and friends when the restaurant first opened up as we feel it is the best Italian restaurant in Streetsville, and if it were located a bit down the street, folks would notice it more and likely drop in, well worth the visit. I've hosted all kinds of events at Koosh: from retirement lunches to important dinners and so on. They are flexible and can cater to all kinds of needs. Otherwise, I go often with my family and have never been disappointed. The wine list is extensive, food is noticeably fresh and the wait staff is lovely. The Robert Simpson beers are delicious, too. I'll typically order the grilled pork tenderloin but I'm also a fan of the veal gorgonzola, veal marsala and lamb shank. For lunch, the pasta or pizza specials are also quite good. If find yourself there on a weekend morning, the pancake is thick and meaty and quite unlike anything I've ever had. A great gem in a quiet and decrepit part of town.
