Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. I later learned that they only sprayed the visible and easy to reach areas (proper undercoat takes 90 minutes).. If you want a proper under coat done- go to oil tech in Midhurst. Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up.
