Exceptional work, service and an overall understanding of my situation. Chrysler CANADA left me stranded after my engine blew up 20 days after my 5 year extended warranty expired. Sean from Maxwell understood my frustration and helped me out the best that he could. A+ to his mechanics involved and thank you to Sean for looking after me even though I was a walk in customer. I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.
