The staff is always super friendly, and I’ve had amazing work done by the dentists. I had an after hours emergency because I had been in an accident and my front teeth were broken. Dr Ian and Dr Chris came in after hours to help me. I’m SO grateful! They really care about their patients and definitely go above and beyond for them. I have three small children, and they all see Dr Chris. He is patient, gentle, and he is so understanding of my child who has sensory issues. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for 30 years. I've always had a great interaction and experience with Dr. Don, Dr. Ian, and Dr. Chris. I look forward to coming here for many more years.

Please, guys, at least treat your clients like real patients, not your paycheques. You are earning to serve us. Not to be self-righteous kings or queens while gulping the money we give you and not giving us the service that we pay you for. Thank you very much. From the desk, to the hygienist to the dentist to a lady named Helen, everyone is very impersonal, impatient, insensitive, money-motivated, have very poor workmanship and improper practices. Unprofessional.

I have never had an issue here. They deal with the insurance part and it is a big office with late hours so I usually get the day and time I need. I have seen a few of the hygienists and they all seem to do good and professional.

It’s hard to have the words to express the feeling of what Arbour Lake Dentist was able to provide me with. My smile is my signature, it’s my everything. I never dreamed it would be possible to have the care, attention, individual treatment and consideration of my own personal needs. The staff is extremely personable, focused on customer service and professional. I’m so over the moon having switched to this practise. and would highly recommend it to anyone!

IT felt very impersonal. Got told I need a cleaning by dentist right after having it done 10 min. earlier. Had a filling replaced on tooth which had no pain. After having pain for 4 months, went back and was told that I now need a root canal and a crown because my root is infected. High pressure sales for more work and mouth pieces I never needed before. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.

Dr. Don Miller said that playing hockey is like a disease when i went in for a tooth repair. I felt pressured, he didnt care or talk to me at all. I basically felt like another number to them. Also i called to inquire about my benefits an assistant there named Claire called me a liar when i mentioned that there office had said something would be paid for and it wasn't. Even if i am wrong no need to resort to name calling a customer.Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist, do not go here !!
