We had some issues with a couch we had bought, and even though technically the issues weren't covered by warranty, they took it back without complaint and we bought another couch from them which is fantastic. Greg at the Abbotsford store and Jean in charge of the refunds were both fantastic to deal with. I will be shopping at this store for a long time after how well they handled the situation

We were very lucky to have Karen to help us with our mattress selection. She pointed out several things that we had no clue about. Most importantly, we never felt pressured any way.
