We experienced numerous miscommunications. 6 Visits to our home to finally get kitchen countertops installed. Incorrect measurements taken then material cut to the wrong sizes on 2 occasions. Promised installation in a week. Actually took over 3 weeks. They never followed through on their promises on home visit dates and other promises to view the quartz slab for acceptance before cutting. Overcharged us $200 on the final billiing. No apologies for mistakes just try to pass blame to customer.

Fantastic service from Mike and his team! We will be using Bulldog Stone again for our future renovations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
