The search for frames began in October, I went to optometrists, 2 for 1 places, Big Box Stores where I spoke to many sales staff all of which were focused mainly on fashion and making a sale. My current eyewear was in terrible shape. I was desperate so I Googled Langley “Eye Glass Frames near me” and up came Crossing Optical, Siri took me there. Ana, the owner, greeted me warmly. Without exaggeration, the service I received at Crossing Optical was nothing less than exceptional! From the moment I first met Anna and Max, they listened intently about my requirements and we worked out great cost-effective plan. At a follow-up, Anna checked out my eyes with leading edge instrumentation and she meticulously proceeded to do her work on me. Their facility was exceptionally clean and they followed Covid19 procedures through all of my time there. Overall great service!
