Front of store staff are friendly and helpful. The cashiers are efficient and friendly. The cosmetics staff are not the greatest. They are overly obsessed with commissions. The one lady took a product out of my hand and walked it to the till, way to make me feel like a thief.
I've worked at a lot of different Shoppers as a on call Pharmacist and this is the first time I've ever felt uncomfortable making a purchase in cosmetics.
The manger of cosmetics heather is terrible, DO NOT SHOP here! She is extreamly rude, unprofessional and does not uphold shoppers policy! She will not do refunds for me if it is not from that store and then whispers terrible things to her employees.she will also yell and embarrass you in order to pay at the cosmetics counter even if you need to grab something from downstairs. She just wants her commission.
