My water heater blew while I was working on a long weekend and started leaking into my downstairs neighbours apartment. Dave left a family event, was there within minutes and averted a complete disaster. By the time I rushed home from work he had the new heater installed. On a Sunday. On a long weekend. Dude is legit. Put him on speed dial.
