The Source Greenwood Shopping Mall

We bought a refurbished PC online and picked it up at the Greenwood Mall store. We paid $439 plus taxes and we had 30 days fi return for a FULL refund. In 4 days we had the hard drive act up and were told it was likely failing so we called the store and were told we could return it for a full refund. When we returned to the store we were told it couldn't be returned because we didn't have the original box. It didn't one in an original box. The customer service in this store is deplorable. Shame.

we were in your greenwood store on the 28th of Dec .trying to purchase an item 4 clerks were around the cash and not one of them offered to help us after awhile we found wwhat we were looking for .with 4 clerks in the store and no one else but us in the store we felt one of them would of asked if we needed help.Iworked in retail and my customers came first.
