The service was intermittent at best until they sent someone to fix the signal. Now it still drops but not as much. Then it went down on a Saturday and they were not open until Monday and couldn't have someone sent to us until Tuesday. When I asked for some kind of compensation the lady argued that it would only be a $5 adjustment. I said that would be fine but then she blamed eastlink and fought tooth and nail to not give me the small adjustment. They go through eastlink and they use eastlink to initially hook up the service so if there is ever a problem they will tell you to call eastlink and in the same breath tell you that eastlink can't adjust a navnet bill. Very poor customer service. Very unreliable ISP.
