We are very pleased with all aspects of the installation of our new roof, from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Desis to anyone.

Great service! They quoted my roof, signed up and a few weeks later I receive a call letting me know they are starting the roof. The roofers went in and out on the same day and the dumpster was picked up the following day. Excellent customer service, they even sent me a "thank you" card!

So far I've been ...

So far I've been very satisfied with my roof. I love the color and style of the shingles. The girl at the phone was lovely and the roofers did an amazing job (they actually kept it clean!!) The only thing that bugged us a bit was the bin being stuck in our driveway the entire weekend, we parked across the street so that was fine. Anyways, very competitive pricing, outstanding service and the guy was very friendly. I will be recommending Desi to family and friends ..

Don't expect warranty service

If you're satisfied with multiple promises "yes we'll be there" over weeks and weeks you may be happy but if you want actual performance forget it! First when they did the roofing job, they break a hole in my skylight and try and claim it was already broken (they finally replaced it) then when a racoon breaks through their so called rodent proof roof vent all we get is promises to replace it (after I spend $800.00 to get rid of the critter and then really rodent proof the rest.) Still waiting 7 weeks later.
