Give yourself plenty of time.....

The restaurant has a nice ambiance, but the tables are very close to each other, and the place can get very loud. The waitress had to repeat the specials several time for all of us to hear it. The lighting is so low, I could not read the menu. We ordered 2 glass of water and 2 beers. The water came right away, but it took 15 minutes for 2 glass of beer !!! We then had to wait 70 minutes for the food to arrive. Food is ok, better than average, but certainly not anything to write home about. There are better Italian restaurants around, notably in Cambridge, and will avoid this one.

Great night out!

I have been before but years ago. My friend and I decided to go for a girls evening, great choice! The service was excellent, we were seated immediately with reservations. The seating is a bit tight but manageable. The waitress was friendly and personable and our drinks were served without delay. Overall the food and service was amazing. I was very impressed with the food presentation! I felt like I was a millionaire in a fancy New York restaurant! My biggest complaint would be the parking. I have a minivan and friend has an SUV, the parking is extremely tight!

My boyfriend and I go here every big anniversary, its an intimate and warm environment with great food and good service. Will be back time and time again.

The food and atmosphere is AMAZING, my favourite...

The food and atmosphere is AMAZING, my favourite restaurant in Kitchener. I do agree however that while the servers are all very friendly, the wait time for drinks and follow up from the servers is slow and lacking. I think more emphasis could be put on catering to the clientele. I will continue to dine here as it is worth the prices.

Someone mentioned down below, disjointed service. I would agree with that. The food was awesome, on time, appetizers and main course we spread out just right. The service to get initial drinks and follow up was slow. Getting the cheque took a while too. Over all .. great food !!!!!
