Sheri is awesome, Each week I look forward to her classes. It's always a great workout and a fun atmosphere. I love the small classes and the special attention she always gives when needed. I have already recommended her to others.

I just stated to do pilates with sheri two months ago after a hip replacement . She is an excelent teacher she works very throughly with a person is very coplementery and yet corective where needed . She is a ver plasent person and i am looking forward to go to her sesion evey week .
