Update on "Great sales, poor service"

Hi there, I'm posting an update to my previous review called "Great sales, poor service" YellowPages won't allow me to delete or update a previous review, so I'm giving followup feedback on my previous review, which was mostly negative. I had to go back and cancel yet another order from Mattressville. This time the sale manager - Alex, who is ALWAYS VERY GOOD - was able to get me a full refund on the boxsprings I had to cancel. So, while I was somewhat upset in the past at the store policies, I have always been happy with the sales. Now, with store policies being as good as the sales, I'd venture to say this is a top notch place!

Great prices and quality

I like to get the best deal on purchases whenever I can, and I can safely say that Mattress Ville had better prices on their merchandise than any other store I looked at. The quality of the mattresses is like anything you'd find in the big stores like Bad Boy or Sleep Country, but their prices are unrivaled. Their delivery time was just as promised, and I would definitely recommend this store to anybody that is looking for a new mattress.

Hi, I had a wonderful experience in the store. I purchased a high quality memory foam mattress for the lowest price ever. Friendly sales person explained me everything about the mattress and answered all my questions and gave me such a great deal, no pressure at all. Regarding the 25% restocking fee, as far as i know this policy is in every furniture and mattress store

Great Service, amazing deal!!

I bought a mattress from this guys in September. Had a great service, amazing deal on a mattress and the most importantly delivery on time without any delay, since i live in Condo its a big hassle for me to get anything upstairs without booking an elevator. Having a great sleep now and would definitely recommend this store:)

Great sales, poor service

My wife and I bought a mattress here at the end of August, with deliver to be done 5 days after payment. Payment was made on a Sunday. Delivery on Thursday. 2 days later (Tuesday), for work reasons (moving) I phoned to postpone/cancel the order. At this time, the mattress was not even received in their store for deliver. I was told there would be a 25% cancellation fee. Not exactly what I would call a friendly policy, I'd say.
