Came for Noyle change and asked how long it would be if I was with my two-year-old daughter. To nap hours later I watched as my truck sat on the hoist for over an hour with the oil drained out. I told them to lower the truck, I would pay them for the work they had done and I would go buy a jug of oil and put it in myself. He went to one of the mechanics and he went right over, and spun on a new filter and lowered the truck. The delay was one thing but lying about the reason was horrible

They bursted one of my tire.
