Phahid was very good. I was concerned about the state of my furnace as it was sounding louder than usual it seems to me that the outer casing was hot to the touch. and Phahid answered all the questions I had about my furnace and checked everything to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. He was also very vigilant about wearing a mask and keeping his distance when we spoke. Altogether a good experience.
