The surliest of counter staff....

I agree with the other feedback. There are places where customer service is bad or lacking....but this store is taking terrible service to a whole new level. We are new to Toronto and have been to this place only 2 times. The two times we had the misfortune of meeting the surliest counter staff. Will search for other options - will not be back here...just cannot stand rude, arrogant, and eye-rolling people.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE . RUDE PEOPLE WORKING THERE SPECIALLY THE MANAGER WHO DARE TO SAY BAD WORDS TO THE PEOPLE AND HURT THE LITTLE KIDS EMOTIONALLY . SO SAD
