I came to this place on Wednesday, and discovered a pasta bar buffet that runs weekly! Excellent price ($12.95 adult, $1 per year for children)The chef was most helpful, providing an excellent meal for my son, who is allergic to sunflower oil, as well as being professional and entertaining :)
I will come here again, and bring my friends, as there's something for everybody! Thanks for a great experience.
i'm not sure what happen with the other people you have visited this place and them having a bad experienc, but i really beg to differ, my friends and i were there on the weekend (last Friday the 22 of January) and the place ws packed i mean packed like a can of sardines packed, the only bad thing i can say was that i had to wait 20 minutes for a table other than that the food was great. i had the prime rib with lobster my wife had the lasagna and the other couple with us had the della casa pizza(quatro stagnoni) i think thats how you say it, they loved it service was also something to brag about we had Ashely as our waitress, and let me tell you that girl knows how to do her job i don't think we had to ask her for anything, even with the place jammed she still manage to stay on top of pouring our wine for us. this place has been around for awhile and i think it will be around for awhile longer especially if they serve food and service like that ...
I am not sure what has happened to this place? It was a family favorite since the day it opened. We have been twice in the last several months and had a bad experience both times. While the atmosphere has not changed and the service is great the food is below average. Lasagna was still partially frozen, Italian soup was sour (bad). Seafood in rose sauce lacked flavor and there was not much seafood. The oil for the bread had bugs in the bottle UGH! Only one person at our table did not complain...he had Gnocchi. And what happened to the Parm that was always on the tables? Should have known something had gone wrong when we entered on a Friday night at 7:00 p.m. and the place was empty. Use to be a line up to get a table. Clearly we are not the only ones that have noticed the food here has seriously gone down hill. FAIL!
After reading all the bad reviews, I nearly chickened out, but as I had a gift certificate, I decided to keep an open mind.
We were warmly greeted. Food was tasty and well presented. Atmosphere was nice, and the restaurant and washrooms were clean. Very attentive service. Reasonable prices. I don't know if we just hit it at the right time (Wednesday 1pm) We will return. No loud music, so we could have a conversation.
