I’ve had a couple laser treatments done so far and I’m really happy with the results. Roxanne takes great care of me!

Very decent. I go regularly and they usually are ok with timings, but will ask if possible to move up or down a 1/2 hr. I use it more for wellness in the workplace than couples or personal. So far I like them the most in sudbury but have only tried 2 places. They also have direct payment for your insurance which is useful and online booking which is great.

I booked a couples massage for my significant other's birthday several days in advance. However, at noon the day before, All About Massage called to informed me they had to to change the times to accommodate one of us at 11 and the other at 2... Clearly not what I intended when I booked couples massage. Our conversation left off with them seeing what they would be able to do and calling me back. Having not heard back, I telephoned them the morning of , prior to leaving the house, to confirm our appointments. Both massages were now scheduled for 11,thankfully they were able to work something out. However, when we showed up at 11,they informed me they made a mistake yet again and they could only massage one of us. The staff (including the RMT working that day) were rude, condescending and dismissive. We will never return. Look else where for your massage... There are many other places in town that display a higher degree of professionalism and competence.
