Central Import

I don't understand the high rating for this shop. I went in to get a standard synthetic oil change and they charged me $200!! There are 5 shops within walking distance of this shop, it was my first experience with them and I'll NEVER go back. If you want to use them, ASK THE PRICE before you use them....I didn't and I got gouged!!! Be warned!

Central Import will charge full price based on prevailing labour rates regardless if work is completed on the vehicle or not. For example, if you believe that there is an issue with the alignment, they will charge for a full alignment even if the vehicle is fine. Another annoyance is the $25 charge to change the battery in a key fob - free at a dealer or other location. Better off taking your Mercedes elsewhere.
