Cheap prices on luxury cars, but service was poor.
Bought a luxury car from them last year, and although the prices were good, the customer service you receive there are definitely below par. Note they are a busy car lot, but here is my experience. First off when I bought the car they told me it was the top of the line trim. Found out afterwards it wasn't after checking with the dealer. Went on german star motor's website, found out that they claim most of their cars are top of the line models. So just do your homework before you check out their cars. When I was there they treated me like I wasn't even there. For example they kept serving other ppl at the same time, throughout the whole transaction I had 3 different ppl serving me, I witnessed the owner blow a tantrum at on the workers right in front of me, it took forever to get the paperwork done, they promised me a manual for the car and later wanted $200 for it, and it took them a whole week later than what was expected for them to prepare the car for me for Canadian Driving (most of their cars are from the US, hence why they are cheaper). Out of all of the workers there, I'd say 2 of them were genuinely nice and funny (2 younger guys with shorter hair). If you can deal with these guys than it's worth going to. Many times I felt like just dropping out of the deal bc I found their service rude, but I was committed to their great price and the fact that the car I bought had lots of manufacturer's warranty left. So if you can put up with poor service for a great deal, than it's worth the check out. As for me, I won't be back.
