NorthStar Plumbing installed a backwater valve and sump pump overflow. They were professional, courteous, made sure there was little mess. There was some minor dust in the basement which could not be avoided. The pipe work for the sump pump overflow in our rafters was well hidden, and the external pipe was professionally done as to not be unsightly. They answered all our questions on maintenance of the backwater valve. We have used NorthStar before and will continue to do so.

They did a wonderful job from start to finish. They answered all my questions. The plumbers were very nice and polite. I like how they have confirmation emails and a courtesy call to tell me that the plumber is on his way. The quotes were easy to understand.
