Never in my life have i ever been treated so rudely by the owner Melissa, Worst Service Ever! Please do not waste your time,, my snowblower was never even fixed after the first repair and then took weeks even though it was fixed to deliver. Horrible, PS; RUDE RUDE RUDE.
My boat was winterized at another marina...there was water in the foot. The foot cracked because they didn't change the oil in the foot like they were supposed to and left my boat outside. I was recommended to go to Centre Nautique Lachine by another boater and the owner, Ray, rebuilt my foot ( with a used casing) and charged me only half of what another shop wanted to charge me. He saved my summer trip and we will always be grateful !!! Soooooooooooooo happy ! Thanks !
Super nice lady. Reno sent me there for warranty issues. When i got there we realise reno didnt send me to the right place. The lady took her time called bounch off placs, printed out info for me and found me the right place togo to. She took about half an hour of her time to help althought i was taking my snoblower somewere else for warranty repair. This is rare these days!!!! I recommend highly!!
