    They dont care about you, as long as dogs keep coming in and customers keep paying. Will not provide any feedback as to how it went, what they did, how how many times the dog was out of the cage. And they "lost" all my dog's stuff...toys, kong, baby stuff, and sheets/sleep stuff. no compensation, not even a "sorry". super expensive too. find someplace else that actually cares.
