I'm so surprised by all of these negative comments! I went in after having lost 50 lbs and a career change. The owner helped me find clothes that fit and looked superb. I've received so many compliments. I just went back and picked up a few extra pieces. The owner was there but her colleague was. She was more quiet and didn't reach out in any way yet was absolutely helpful when I got to the cash. I was there until closing time and her patience was appreciated. Oh, the prices were just right.

Was out in the area and dropped into a little shop not knowing it was all secondhand! The clothing selection is vast, highend and in amazing condition. I mentioned I was on my way to get my wedding gown washed as I recently discovered a huge 4 year old stain on it. One of the girls sprayed it with something and simply wiped it away! I cannot beleive the outstanding service they provide for people and suggest everyone to check it out. There is something for everyone, always something new

It was so nice to get real personal service from some one that was knowledge about their product and was very sincere in your ensuring she was addressing your best interest, we would go back again and would recommend to anyone to go and see for yourself and experience the Big Shop treatment and product for a little shop price.
