They have the best service and treat their customers right. Warranties my subs. No questions asked. Jim and the staff know their stuff about car audio and home audio etc. Adelle is great to deal with also on the TELUS end. I took my non-functioning phone in today after spending hours trying to restore it myself. A very helpful gal worked on it while I enjoyed a coffee at Starbucks. When I went to pick up the phone, (which has worked perfectly since), she charged me nothing. So appreciative of the excellent customer service. I’ve been a long time TELUS/Koodo customer and today convinced me that I will continue being a customer. Thank you!
