This morning our water heater broke. We placed an online request for a replacement before business hours. They responded to us immediately and within a few hours were at our door with a replacement model. Mark & Brad were very professional, polite, informative and funny. They did a perfect install and left us with practical advice and ways to save money that we didn't know about. Pascal sold me a Lennox furance and installed it, on time and on budget, he went above and beyond to get this in and working on time. The Lennox I purchased has had some issues, but it is the furnace, not the installation. Pascal has been professional and responsive to my requests with regard to this Lennox furnace. I am happy to say, he won't leave you hanging if you have an issue, he's on top of it. Highly recommend him to you.
