I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Location was out my way but the bike I wanted they had. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions and recommend bike for my use also they have a great service staff. I would recommend to anyone.
