I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. They both were calm and friendly, spoke with me on how to go about fixing my bike and showed me what was wrong. They explained everything beautifully. They Lire plus

You seriously can’t go wrong paying a visit to Bicycles Plus. The staff are all polite and beyond friendly, and they treat everyone the same. I’ve only ever dealt with the parts/service side, never bought a bike from them, but both “camps” know their stuff very, very well. The one mechanic, I think his name is Nigel, he can diagnose a bike from 40’ away blindfolded. Great prices too, bought brake pads recently, they were half the price per set (front/back) compared to Canadian Tire. Lire plus
