I THINK SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION. YOUR SURVEY IS COMPLICATED AND MAYBE YOU SHOULD MAKE IT MORE EASIER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I recently shopped at this store looking for a specific item for Christmas. The item was not in store and Lynn quickly looked it up for me only to find that it wasn't available in the wearhouse either. She advised that she would do her best to get my item and we exchanged emails. I didn't expect to hear from her. Well today I received an email from Lynn to advise that she had gotten my item and it was being held at the front counter for me. Also she let me know that there is a sales on. Lynn's customer service was exceptional. I have always been happy with this store but that was above and beyond what most stores would do. Thank-you Scholar's Choice For excellent services and great toys!
