We run a seniors care home and do several loads of laundry each day. Yesterday, my washer would not work. I couldn't imagine going a few days waiting for service or waiting for delivery of a new machine. At 10 am, I called Service Plus and the girl that answered (sorry, I didn't get her name) was so friendly. I explained our situation, and she said Trent was in our approximate area and she would try to get him to pop in. By 1:45 Trent was at our door, had the part we needed, installed and done by 2:20.
