We blew a brake line in Algonquin Park and assumed our vacation was pretty much toast. Abby behind the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Andrew in the garage went right to work, fitted us with a new line and had us back on the road within an hour. He was absolutely terrific, a real professional. Their pricing was outstanding. A level of service and kindness that I have not seen down south. Very grateful they were there in hour of need. Thank you guys!

Highlands Towing went over and above the call of duty this past weekend. Dan was very punctual and professional when he came to open my van for me. He took care in making sure he did not mark the vehicle. Still unable to locate the keys but he was fast to problem solve how to get a spare key from Caledon to Minden in the same day. This was a welcome outcome for my husband who did not have to drive three hours to get the key to me. We like to personally thank them for their helping hands.

Based on the service provided Tow All Inc. Is undoubtedly the best out there. As CAA affiliate these guys provide service excellence. Prompt service and their serviceman Chris Davis was very pleasant. I needed a tire change along CR-45 at 8:30 PM and Chris got to us in 30 minutes. Thank you very much.

I was fortunate to be rescued by Mike on Saturday September 18th, 2021 when my car broke down on highway 17 near Renfrew while returning to Ottawa.
He arrived on time as scheduled by CAA and had my car loaded on on our way to Ottawa within minutes of his arrival.
Mike was very professional and turned out to be a truly interesting person to talk to on the trip. It was evident that he loved his job and was very good at it!
He helped make the best of a bad situation and I thank him for that.

I was stuck, down a very hilly road to the cottage in snow. I thought, that I would be fine, as I was driving an all wheel drive x5. Turns out I was wrong. The damn SUV couldn't get up a small grade, let alone a steep one. When (I believe his name was Daniel ) showed up, I thought for sure that he wouldn't want / attempt / or try, to get me out of this mess. But he did !!! MANY TRIES LATER !! He was just amazing and the kindest friendliest person I have ever met ! BASELINE is amazing !
