I must say that the previous post is extremely dramatized, and someones in-aquatic post slanders persons without holding any kind of weight due to free posting on this section. Kaitlin is by far respectful, professional and on her game. I have never had any problem with the service, beverage or food ( and i love my beach bar ) at this starbucks or with Kaitlin. The overall service at this location is top notch ! The people working here should be very proud of themselves to be able to serve the hundreds a day with the same quality and service as the first person that enters the doors when its open in the morning ! I always go to drive thrus but what happened to me today at starbucks made my day. Brent and Alisha (I believe) were the kindest souls they were so kind and were filled with positive energy. To be honest we need more people like this to have customers smile at the end or beginning of their day. thank you for making my day! Lire plus
